Our mission is to empower individuals and communities to flourish through education, connection and positive culture change. The Well-Being at Stanford team helps you cultivate the internal and external resources to live a healthy, vibrant life; manage stress; build resilience; and form meaningful connections with others. Well-being is inextricably linked to liberation and social justice. Our Stanford communities are broad and diverse, and many carry the weight of historical and ongoing oppression. We are committed to the continual work needed to move the campus culture and systems within it towards liberation for all students.
