Here you can find more information about fees for medical care for students who have been assessed the Health Fee as well as for those who fall outside of this category.

The technical component charge (if the film is taken at Vaden) is covered under the Health Fee.

The professional component charge will be billed to insurance by the provider (SHC Radiologist).

* Office visit charges for students who have not been assessed the Health Fee are based on complexity of visit.  Lab and professional radiology services are billed separately by the provider.

** Physical exam charges are based on complexity of exam. Laboratory services, if applicable, are not included in the cost, and are billed separately by the provider.  Immunizations and chest X-rays are also billed separately.

*** Students who are 17 or under and enrolled in Cardinal Care will not be charged for a PPD test (legislation under the Affordable Care Act)
