Supplemental Information

1. Stanford University Student Alcohol Policy: Familiarize yourself with the Student University Student Alcohol Policy, which contains additional information relevant to party planning.
2. Accessibility: Make sure everyone at Stanford can enjoy your party. Here are some tips that will give the entire community access to good times.
3. In Your Space:
   • All venues must have a wheelchair-accessible bathroom
   • Venues should be reachable by ramp
   • Remove obstructions from doorways, hallways, and narrow spaces
   • Pathways should be bump, hole, and obstruction free
4. In Your Advertisements:
   • Some people use screen-readers on their computers and phones. Type out the information about your party below your flier.
   • Add an accommodations clause to your flier. Examples include: "If you need an accommodation, please call SUPER at 650.725.5947.
   • Some possible accommodations include: wheelchair accessible transportation; no scents or smells on decorations.
