If your prescription has run out of refills, and it was written by a Vaden clinician, contact your clinician via secure messaging. In certain instances, he or she may be able to initiate additional refills without seeing you in the clinic.
If your prescription was written by a non-Vaden clinician, contact that provider and ask him or her to call in a new prescription to the Walgreens at Vaden pharmacy at 650-815-2000.
