There are several ways for individuals to connect with us at CST for both urgent or non-urgent support. Here you can find the way that works best for your needs.
CST 24/7 Hotline (for urgent concerns)
Call the CST hotline at 650.725.9955 for urgent support, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. After-hours or when CST are not immediately available, the hotline is answered by ProtoCall, a national provider of on-call behavioral health services. ProtoCall’s licensed counselors provide immediate assistance to callers and share information about the call with CST for follow-up the next business day as appropriate.

Open from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., you can call us at 650-736-6933 for routine matters such as scheduling or cancelling appointments.
Same-Day Appointments
We offer same-day appointments for urgent needs. Due to COVID concerns, we are primarily seeing students via telehealth and Zoom. For the most accurate availability, please call the CST hotline 650-725-9955.
