RD Virtual Office Hours

For Immediate Student, Staff, and/or Faculty Non-Urgent Guidance and Support

Residence Deans (RDs) are committed to being in contact with our students, staff, and faculty by providing various options to connect during the pandemic. Please visit us at our virtual drop-in hours whenever you need.


QSpot online

We foster belonging and offer services and community to queer students via events and programs, many of which are still active in the virtual world! Please use QSpot online to get info on events and digital hangouts, connect to community spaces, learn what resources are currently available, and meet with QSR students and professional staff.


Meditation Mondays

Mondays, 5-5:30pm
Learn simple breathing techniques, participate in weekly guided meditations, and be part of a fun wellness community. Open to all, including frosh and beginners to meditation.

La Familia de Stanford (LaFa) weekly meeting

Tuesdays, 7pm
La Familia de Stanford (LaFa) is a student group that centers the queer, trans, Latinx experience. However, you do not have to be queer, trans, or Latinx to join, we are open to anyone regardless of their identities! By holding our weekly meetings and events we hope to foster a welcome community for all that join. Free weekly online yoga classes with YogaX for staying connected and enhancing resilience. These classes emphasize accessibility and are for all levels of experience.
