Vaden Health Services Hours

Here you can find information about our hours throughout the academic year. Please know that university holiday periods** can affect our hours of operation. 

**November 28 through December 16, 2022 (usual Building hours):**

The Vaden Building will be OPEN from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Mon through Friday each week and from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm on Saturdays and CLOSED on Sundays

**December 17, 2022 through January 6, 2023:**

The Vaden Building will be OPEN from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on the following dates

  • 12/20-12/22     T - Th

    • Medical Services, Pharmacy, and Physical Therapy will be open. A CAPS clinician will be available on site for urgent needs. Please check in at the main Vaden lobby. Insurance staff will be on site on 12/22/22 only.

  • 12/27-12/29     T - Th 

    • Medical Services, Pharmacy, and Physical Therapy will be open. A CAPS clinician will be available on site for urgent needs. Please check in at the main Vaden lobby.

  • 1/3/23-1/6/23   T - F 

    • Medical Services, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, and CAPS will be open. 

The Vaden Building will be CLOSED on the following dates (please call 650-498-2336 to be connected with the appropriate after hours service):

  • 12/17-12/18 Sa - Su
  • 12/19 M
  • 12/23-12/26 F - M
  • 12/30-1/2/23 F - M
