Note

Sponsoring a Stanford Student & Other Colleges party is a privilege that is contingent upon thoughtful and organized planning and responsible implementation. Any violation of these guidelines may result in immediate suspension of parties. Any proposed outdoor party that is not a Members Party requires at least a 21 day online registration.

Once you have registered your party, you will receive a response from SUPER letting you know that your party has been “approved,” “denied” or “awaiting changes,” meaning that there is a question about your application that needs to be addressed before the party can be approved. During the registration process, continue to plan the other aspects of your party, but do not advertise your party until it’s been approved.
