A new way around campus. 5-SURE’s new app helps get youwhere you need to go, safely. Accurate wait times. Driver location. Vehicle information. Real-time updates. Similar to rideshare apps, Stanford's communities can soon schedule rides through the app.
First Time Rider
- Scan the QR code to Download the TripShot app from iOS or Android.
- Enter your service name: 5-SURE
- Sign in with Stanford SSO
- Book your ride!
Reserving Rides
Rides are on a first-come, first-served basis. We are an on-demand service, so please reserve your ride when you need it. Understand that some nights there will be a wait time.
By Phone
Call 650.725.5947. Please provide the dispatcher with your name, SUID, detailed pick-up location, destination, phone number, and the number of people who will be with you. If you have the TripShot app, then you will receive push notifications and in-app updates about the status of your ride.
By Online Reservation
- Please visit: 5sure.tripshot.com
- After reserving through the website you can choose to follow updates on a browser or the reservation will be available to view in the app.
