Need to Know
- The information presented below will help you understand Cardinal Care, the university’s student health insurance program. Please read all sections of this content carefully, as you will need to take steps to meet the university health insurance requirement by the applicable deadline.
- All students, in their first active quarter of each year, are auto-enrolled in Cardinal Care. Students must take action to acknowledge understanding of the Cardinal Care Enrollment Policy. Once this has been completed, students can submit a request to waive coverage.
- Students enrolled in Cardinal Care have the option to enroll their dependents in the Dependent Care health insurance plan.
