Education: PhD in Counseling Psychology, Texas Woman’s University; MA in Counseling Psychology, Texas Woman’s University; BA in Psychology, The University of Texas at Austin 

Professional Associations: American Psychological Association of Graduate Students (APAGS), Asian American Psychological Association (AAPA), AAPA-Division on South Asian Americans (DOSAA). 

Professional Interests: College Mental Health, life transitions/adjustment to college, relational violence, sexual assault, relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, racial trauma, students of color, children of immigrants, LGBTQIA2S+ folx. Multicultural and feminist framework, Interpersonal Process, Emotion Focused Therapy. 

Personal Interest: In my free time you can find me spending quality time with my dog and friends and family, reading, or watching reality TV. I love trying new restaurants or recipes that remind me of home and being in nature within the Bay Area. My favorite type of movement is walking or yoga.
