Building and Operational Hours for Vaden Health Center
The Vaden Health Center building is open 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday, and 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. most Saturdays during the academic year.
The Vaden building is closed on the following holidays (or closest weekday if the holiday falls on a weekend):
- Labor Day (first Monday in September)
- Thanksgiving (last Thursday in November)
- The Friday after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve (December 24th)
- Christmas Day (December 25th)
- New Year’s Eve December 31st)
- New Year’s Day (January 1st)
- Independence Day (July 4th)
Note: On dates when Vaden Health Center is closed, telehealth services, on call providers, and alternate local service locations (ExpressCare, Walk In Clinic, Stanford Hospital Emergency Department) are options for care.

TimelyCare
TimelyCare is offered as a supplement to the extensive existing in-person and virtual services offered by Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), Vaden Medical Services, and other Vaden and on-campus resources. This no cost service offers enrolled students residing in the United States virtual medical and mental health care 24/7, 365 days/year and up to 12 scheduled mental health therapy sessions per academic year.
