Summer Session Students Health Requirements

Main content start

Students accepted into the Summer Session program (high school, undergrad, or graduate) must fulfill the current university health requirements as part of their enrollment. These requirements are the same as our general student population (non-medical), including proof of immunizations, TB Screening, and other health forms.

Decorative Cardinal Red accent line.

If you are currently enrolled in another university, you most likely had to meet similar or identical health requirements when you first enrolled. You can upload your current university’s immunization record for review and verification.

If you are a high school student, you can obtain your immunization records from your doctor’s office. Sometimes your high school may have a record of your immunizations, so if obtaining your records from your doctor is not possible, please check in with your school’s administrative office for assistance.

All minors attending Stanford University’s Summer Session will need a treatment agreement form filled out by a parent or guardian to participate. These forms will be available to you once you have accepted admission into the summer program.

Religious exemptions for immunization requirements cannot be accepted for Summer Session students, due to the lengthy process. Only documented medical exemptions may be submitted for review.
