Vaden Health Services Fees

Some services offered at Vaden are not covered by the Campus Health Service Fee. These include travel consultations, some immunizations, physical exams, CAPS long-term therapy, and CAPS medication management.

Immunizations

Here you can learn more about immunizations with either Cardinal Care or private insurance.

Medical Care

Here you can find more information about fees for medical care for students who have been assessed the Health Fee as well as for those who fall outside of this category.

Travel Clinic

Travel Clinic services are available to Stanford students, faculty, staff, spouses, partners, and alumni.

Physical Therapy

Charges for physical therapy services are typically directed to third party payors (insurance).  For students who are covered by Cardinal Care and have a referral from a Vaden provider, a $25 to $35 copayment applies.

Medical Records

Active students may print personal immunization and some other records directly from the VadenPatient portal at no cost. For records that are not directly accessible, the following charges will apply:

  • Patient directed request for records: $6.50
  • Third party request for records: $0.25 per page
    • Payments for request for records should be paid in the form of a check made payable to Stanford University.

Record release(s) made directly to another health care provider as part of treatment do not incur any fees. Learn more about medical records release forms.
