Our mission is to empower individuals and communities to flourish through education, connection and positive culture change. The Well-Being at Stanford team helps you cultivate the internal and external resources to live a healthy, vibrant life; manage stress; build resilience; and form meaningful connections with others. Well-being is inextricably linked to liberation and social justice. Our Stanford communities are broad and diverse, and many carry the weight of historical and ongoing oppression.
