Physical Therapy

Who may use these services: Registered Stanford students, upon referral.

The Physical Therapy (PT) Department at Vaden cares for your physical therapy needs. It offers the following:

• A full range of rehabilitation, sports injuries, and post-operative services, including heat and ice, taping, whirlpool, therapeutic massage, ultrasound and electrical stimulation
• Therapy education, stretching and strengthening instruction; ergonomics education (including how to stay healthy at your computer), and spinal stabilization programs
• Exercise equipment (includes free weights, Theraband, treadmill, Shuttle stationary bicycle, upper body cycle, and Versaclimber)
• Orthopedic braces and splints

Charges

• Students with Cardinal Care - $10 per visit
• Students with other insurance - $25 per visit

How to Schedule an Appointment

A referral from a licensed clinician is required and may be met by seeing a medical practitioner at Medical Services.
