Allergy, Immunization and Injection Clinic

Who may use these services: Registered Stanford students

The Vaden Allergy, Immunization and Injection Clinic offers safe, continuous care for students receiving allergy injections as ordered by their allergy specialist. There is a charge for each allergy clinic appointment.

Prior to receiving your first injection, we require the following information:

  • Allergy specialist’s order, including duration of immunotherapy and the current progression or injection schedule towards maintenance
  • Your specific diagnosis
  • A copy of your antigen extract prescription
  • Antigen for injection labeled with patient name, content, concentration and expiration date

The Vaden Allergy, Immunization and Injection Clinic offers the following routine immunizations, including those needed for enrolling in the University. There is a charge for all immunizations, which are not covered by Cardinal Care insurance:

    • Chicken pox
    • Diphtheria/Tetanus
    • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis
    • Hepatitis A
    • Hepatitis B
    • HPV (human papilloma virus)
    • Measles, mumps, and rubella
    • Meningococcal meningitis

Also offered are:

  • Tuberculosis skin tests
  • Contraceptive injections as ordered by the clinician

Vaden also sponsors an Immunization and Screening Clinics for new students who are completing their Entrance Medical Requirements.
