Sexual Assault, Harassment and Violence in Relationships

Sexual Assault involves unwanted sexual behavior resulting from the use of physical force, intimidation, or coercion, or when the person cannot give informed consent because they're intoxicated. Perpetrators of sexual assault may face civil or criminal charges and/or campus disciplinary actions.
